Every project is unique so we begin with an interview to capture your project requirements and, to understand your business goals. We chat with you about how the web site will perform (any special features, functionality, etc.), the desired *look and feel*, and (of course) your budget.
A written proposal and agreement are provided for every project to capture scope & cost. The proposal creates shared expectations of what’s included – and what’s not included – to ensure there is a solid foundation of communication for the project.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all projects.
